3) Terms of Service

Acceptable Use

• You will comply with applicable laws, including USPS EDDM rules, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and A2P 10DLC requirements.
• You warrant you have rights to content you upload and consent to message recipients.
• You will not misuse the Services (no spam, abuse, or illegal activity).

Payments & Billing

• All prices in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes/fees may apply.
• Payment is due at order unless we agree otherwise in writing. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
• All sales are final. Refunds only where required by law or expressly offered in writing.
• If a payment is disputed/charged back, we may pause services and you are responsible for associated fees.
• Subscriptions (if any) renew per the interval shown at checkout until canceled per the instructions provided.

Order Processing & Third Parties

• EDDM Filler assists with USPS forms and related workflows. We do not control USPS, printers, or carriers.
• You must review and approve all quantities, routes, designs, and forms before submission.
• We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by USPS or third parties.

No Guarantee of Results

We don’t guarantee leads, sales, delivery dates, or marketing outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from claims and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach or suspected abuse.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, excluding its conflicts rules. Venue and jurisdiction lie in the state or federal courts located in Brown County, WI. You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us.
